OUR STORY

Reuben Wade’s Antiques began in 1974 in the back room of our family’s Kleckley’s Garage in West Columbia, founded in 1917. What started as a simple clean-out quickly turned into a passion when a few items set out front sold in a single day.

Over the years, Wade built a deep appreciation for antiquesβ€”sourcing, restoring, and learning the stories behind each piece. Today, he works alongside his son-in-law Brent, and together they handpick every item in the shop.

Now located in downtown Lexington, the store reflects a lifelong love of craftsmanship, character, and history.

All pieces are personally and carefully selected by Wade and Brent - with an emphasis on authenticity and craftsmanship.
